Exclusive Partnership between Solintel Ltd and Yellow Tulip Inc

Today we announced an exclusive, multi-year global partnership between Solintel Ltd and Yellow Tulip Inc for the deployment of thousands of Intellifos Hubs — our AI-powered, fully autonomous smart lighting solutions — as standard infrastructure across Yellow Tulip’s renewable energy and data center sites in Europe and Africa.

The deal is valued at up to €15M over the initial three-year term.

As Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of both companies, what makes this partnership especially meaningful is how it brings together multiple pieces of our ecosystem:
→ Solintel’s Intellifos technology — self-powered, grid-independent, remotely managed through our proprietary AI controller
→ LISSOL, which joined the Yellow Tulip platform earlier this week, bringing Portuguese-made lithium battery and solar manufacturing capability
→ The Solintel-Lissol joint venture, Intellifos Portugal – Tecnologias de Fabrico, Lda, now establishing a new production facility in the Porto area
→ Yellow Tulip’s growing portfolio of renewable-powered data centers, including Cleanwatts Mozambique in Southern Africa
