Solintel and Lissol Complete Definitive Joint Venture Agreement

We’re pleased to announce the execution of our definitive Joint Venture Agreement with Lissol – Lithium Solar Technologies Lda to establish Intellifos Portugal – Tecnologias de Fabrico, Lda.

This milestone completes the framework announced last September and positions Portugal as our strategic European manufacturing hub for global Intellifos Hub deployment.

Manufacturing operations will be sited in Porto—more details to follow as we move into execution.
